Every member must complete identity and photo verification before their profile becomes visible or messaging is enabled. Verification confirms that the submitted identity and profile photographs belong to the member, but it does not guarantee future conduct or compatibility. You remain responsible for your interactions and should follow our Safety Guide and meet in public places.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Sugar Daddy Australia and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the community.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Daddy Australia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other members.
